If a product has a technical issue or defect that cannot be resolved, you may request a refund. Please provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots or error messages, to help us assist you.

 

2.Unauthorized Charges:

If you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately. Refunds for unauthorized charges will be processed upon verification.

 

3.No Download Activity:

Refunds may be considered if you have not downloaded any digital products from your account within 7 days of purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Inability to use the product due to lack of compatible software or hardware.
  • Requests made after significant usage of the subscription (e.g., multiple downloads).
  • Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

 

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Final Decision

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Studio Dusk. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
