This agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Studio Dusk (“Licensor”) for the use of the graphic design products (“Products”) provided by Studio Dusk. By using the Products, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Products for personal or commercial purposes. The licensee may use the Products in unlimited projects without the need for additional licenses, except where explicitly stated. This license is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Free Products
Licensor grants Licensee a license to use the Free Products for personal or commercial use without charge. Licensee may not redistribute or resell the Free Products in any way.

Subscription Products
Licensor grants Licensee a license to use the Subscription Products for personal or commercial use. Licensee may not redistribute or resell the Subscription Products in any way. Licensor reserves the right to terminate the subscription and revoke the license in the event of a violation of this Agreement.

Ownership and Intellectual Property
The licensor retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Products. Licensee may not claim ownership of the Products or modify them in any way, except as necessary to use them in a project.

Liability
Licensor is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by the Licensor. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the license at any time in the event of a violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

By using the Products, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the Licensee does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensee may not use the Products.
